Shame On You!

I have conducted an experiment and I am outraged! I went to a few well known stores and bought candles. I tested those candles for scent throw (how well you smell the fragrance). I dissected them to see the waxes used. Well my friends, I was completely disturbed as to what I found!
Most of these candles are scents around an unscented, uncolored wax core! What does this mean? This means that many candles that you buy are not scented through out the entire candle, only on the outside! This is why you will get a great scent throw when you first light the candle, but not after burning it for a while. The melted wax pools down over the unscented core and covers it with the scented covering, and you are none the wiser!
I am not going to name names, I am not going to tell you from which stores! But I will tell you that not all candle companies will rob you like this! Mine is one of them. I scent my candles through & through! So please rest assured not all companies are like this!
Bottom line, buyers beware!
